Due to the amount of time it takes to make each bear, some of our bears will not be available
immediately. Please call or email us and we will let you know availability and expected
waiting period. Average waiting period is 6-8 weeks.

Terms: Prepayment for bear plus shipping and handling

Layaway: 25% non-refundable deposit; pay schedule negotiable

Massachusetts residents must add 5% sales tax

Your satisfaction is guaranteed! If you are not entirely pleased with your bear, please contact
us via phone or email within two days of receiving your order. In case of return, bear must be
in original condition and you are responsible for shipping and insurance charges.
